• We can convert exhibit documents into fully-searchable electronic files. We will provide a hyperlinked word index of all words used in the exhibit. For example, if a 50-page corporate employee handbook that references the company’s sexual harassment policy is introduced as an exhibit, we will scan it to create an electronic copy of it. Then we will use our OCR Engine to convert every word used in the scanned handbook into searchable content. You can click on “harassment” in the hyperlinked word index and jump directly to every occurrence of that word in the handbook.
